Free Class!!

Come meet other mommies and mommies-to-be and learn about what you need to know about c-sections.

You may be surprised to learn that there are a number of things you can do, or should avoid, to lower your risk of needing a c-section. We'll also go over what you can do to make the best of the situation if you do end up requiring a c-section.

Light refreshments will be served. No reservations necessary. Children are always welcome. Stay and socialize after the class.
