Free classes!! As of February we have been holding monthly free classes the second Sunday of each month. Check out the calendar to find out what the next class topic is. Come meet other mommies and mommies-to-be and learn about how to write that all-important birth plan. No registration is necessary. Light refreshments will be provided. Children are always welcome.

I have been compiling a Local Resources Guide. If you are a midwife, doula, childbirth educator, chiropractor, etc, please bring your business cards to HomeGrown Baby in Kenmore and add yourself to our guide. If you are person looking for birth, child, or natural health related services, please feel free to stop by and check out our guide.

We will soon be starting a program called "Mentor Moms". This will allow us to connect pregnant women with mothers who will be there for them throughout their pregnancy as a shoulder to lean on, someone to talk to about swollen feet, and all those wonderful things that pregnancy brings :) If you are a pregnant woman who would be interested in this or a mom who would like to be a mentor, please send me an email and I will contact you when we start the program. Please note that Mentor Moms do NOT provide medical advice.
