New dads not exempt from depression

As a first-time father, Ward Paterson did not know what to expect.
During prenatal classes, he and his wife Elita learned about postpartum depression, but that wasn't adequate preparation for a baby who never stopped crying or a teary wife who had a very short fuse and very high anxiety.
