Survey reveals natal depression myths
A survey of 700 people has found more than half thought that it was normal for women to be depressed during pregnancy and motherhood.

The survey, conducted by national anti-depression initiative beyondblue, also found 25 per cent of respondents wrongly thought postnatal depression did not require treatment and would go away of its own accord.
